Tis the Season to Reflect

Dec. 22, 2016

I would like to take this opportunity as the last Blog of the year to wish everyone a Merry Christmas and a Happy and a Prosperous New Year!!!

It has been a great year for Big B …being able to write a blog for Westmount has been one of my highlights working here. What more could you want than to be able to rant and rave about all the ups and downs of Retail…. I have always said that everyone should work retail at some point in their career even if it’s for a short time and you too will become an expert at serving a customer or displaying something a certain way. At the very least you will come away from your experience with more appreciation of how it feels to be on the other side of the counter.

Building long term partnerships has been our focus this year and we have been very successful at bringing one stop shopping to the majority of our clients. We have also been successful at letting our customers know we can supply a facility from the front entrance matt to the back door waste solutions and all that is in between. I encourage everyone that has a plan for the New Year to make a change or complete a renovation or build a new store to come and see us for all of your needs.

The face of Retail is always changing, and 2017 will be no exception. We are encouraged at the signs of new construction of strip malls and expanding retail space in Alberta and other provinces. Be the first one to call us in 2017 or better yet be the first one to walk into our revamped showroom in 2017.

Oh Ya I forgot one thing …… We love Donuts……. Hint …Hint. 😉
